Welcome to Casa Oceana by Oraklus, a stunning Malibu Road oceanfront retreat with 84 feet of beach frontage and breathtaking Pacific views. This luxurious home features spacious indoor-outdoor living, a gourmet kitchen, wrap-around decks, an oceanfront primary suite, a private guest suite, a gym, a yoga studio, and direct beach access. Ideally located just moments from Malibu’s shops, markets, and restaurants.
Please note: The sauna is currently out of order and is not available for use.
The space
The home consists of three separate living areas, offering plenty of room for families or groups to relax and unwind.
The main level features three bedrooms, while the upper floor includes an attached private bedroom suite with its own deck, en suite bathroom, and small desk, making it ideal for remote work or a quiet retreat.
All bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms for added privacy and comfort. The home also includes a spacious kitchen, a large dining table, and seamless access to the balcony from multiple areas of the house.
Outside, guests can enjoy a large outdoor dining table, comfortable lounge seating, and two sun loungers overlooking the ocean. The patio deck also provides access to the gym and sauna room. Please note that the sauna is currently out of order and may not be used.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house.

House Rules
- No parties or loud music are permitted.
- The maximum occupancy of eight guests must be respected at all times.
- Any unauthorized parties or gatherings will result in immediate eviction.
Occupancy and Quiet Hours
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM are strictly enforced. Outdoor music and gatherings are not permitted during quiet hours. Violations of local noise ordinances may result in fines of up to $10,000 per violation.
Any gathering of more than eight people must be discussed with and approved by the host in writing before check-in.
Events or parties are not permitted without prior written approval and payment of an additional event fee. Any unauthorized event or party will be shut down immediately, and additional fines may apply. Please inquire for more information regarding event policies and fees.
We reserve the right to require a security deposit for certain bookings.
Security and Monitoring
Exterior surveillance cameras are installed around the outside of the home for safety and house-rule compliance.
Smoking Policy
This is a smoke-free property. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in a $300 smoking fee, forfeiture of any applicable security deposit, and responsibility for any resulting fire or property damage.
Property Use
Damage and Cleaning Policy
Additional charges may apply for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning:
- $35 per stained, damaged, or missing towel
- $35 per stained or damaged pillow cover
- $200 per stained or damaged sheet or duvet cover
- $200 excessive cleaning fee if the home is left in an unusually poor condition
Additional Information
- Guests must be transparent and truthful when answering booking-related questions.
- Providing inaccurate information regarding the guest count, purpose of the stay, or occupancy may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- Noncompliance with the house rules or verified complaints from neighbors may result in immediate eviction.
- Please report any pre-existing damage upon check-in to avoid being held responsible.
- If anything breaks during your stay, please notify us immediately. Minor incidents are generally not charged. For larger damages, we prefer to discuss and agree upon a fair resolution before checkout to avoid misunderstandings.
