HOUSE RULES
Please respect the rules below to ensure a safe and disturbance-free stay for you and our neighbors.

NOISE & OCCUPANCY
No parties, loud music, or gatherings over eight people. Keep noise indoors and reasonable after 10PM; no outdoor noise or music after 10PM. Pool and hot tub use are not allowed after 10 PM. Neighbor complaints may result in immediate eviction.

PETS & SMOKING
Pets require prior approval and a $90 daily fee. Smoking indoors is prohibited and carries a $250 fine. Outdoor smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

PROPERTY & CLEANING
Excessive mess may incur a $200 fee. Damaged or missing towels, sheets, or duvets will be charged accordingly. The property has outdoor security cameras and noise monitors.

POOL & MAINTENANCE
Pool heating is $90 per day (request in advance). Pool service is every Friday; gardening every Friday.

DAMAGES
Please report any damages immediately to avoid extra charges.
