The space
This spacious Spanish-style home is designed for families and groups. On the main level, you’ll find the inviting living room with vaulted ceilings and a cozy fireplace, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals. One bedroom with an en-suite bath plus a shared bathroom are also on this floor. Upstairs, the master suite has its own en-suite, while three additional bedrooms share a bathroom—ideal for kids or extended family.
Guest access
The guest has access to the entire property except the garage is not for use.
Other things to note
House Rules
- No parties, loud music, or gatherings of more than 10 people are allowed at the property.
- Maximum occupancy of 10 guests must be respected at all times.
- Any parties or unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate eviction.
- All noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level after 9–10 PM. The neighborhood is very quiet, and neighbors are extremely sensitive to noise. Loud music, late-night entertaining, or gatherings by the pool are not permitted.
- Pool use is not allowed after 10 PM. Sliding doors leading to the pool must remain closed after this time.
- Pets are permitted only with prior approval and are subject to a fee of $90 per pet, per day.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. A $250 fine will be charged for smoking inside the property.
Damage charges:
- $35 per stained or ruined towel
- $100 per stained or ruined sheet
- $200 per stained or ruined duvet cover
- $200 if the house is left excessively messy and requires extra cleaning
Additional Policies
Guests must be transparent and honest during the booking process. The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood with zero tolerance for noise disturbances. Noise monitoring devices and exterior cameras are in place. Any violation of the above rules or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.
Pool heating is available upon request for $90/day.
Regular maintenance: the pool technician visits every Monday, and the gardener every Thursday.
Please report any damages at check-in. Accidents happen—we usually don’t charge for minor issues. For larger damages, we’ll agree on a fair cost with you before your departure to avoid disputes.
