The space

The house features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Master Bedroom includes a California King bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a TV for added comfort. The two additional bedrooms are furnished with one Queen bed and one Full bed. Please note that only the Master Bedroom has direct access to a bathroom, while the remaining bathrooms are shared. One of the bathrooms shares a shower with the Master en-suite.

The home also offers two dining areas and additional seating in the living room, providing plenty of space for relaxation and gatherings.

Guest access

Guest has access to the entire house.

Other things to note

House Rules:

No parties, loud music, or gatherings of more than 6 people are allowed. Noise must remain at a reasonable level, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to respect our neighbors. Any complaints or disruptions will result in immediate eviction.

The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Any gathering of more than 6 people must be cleared with us in advance.

A security deposit may be required for some bookings. PLEASE NOTE that the pool cannot be heated.

Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, with a $90 per day charge. Smoking is prohibited indoors; a $250 fine will apply for indoor smoking.

Charges apply for stained or ruined towels ($35 each), sheets or duvet covers ($200), or excessive cleaning ($200).

Guests must be honest when providing booking information. False details may result in eviction without a refund. Non-compliance with these rules or complaints from neighbors will also lead to eviction.

Report any damages upon check-in to avoid charges. We’re understanding about accidents—just let us know, and we’ll work with you.
