Overlooking La Costa beach, savor the best breakfast burritos at Country Kitchen next door, or head to Dukes restaurant and bar across the street. Enjoy entertainment on new Samsung 4k TVs, and stay productive with WiFi and Canon Printers at your disposal.
The space
Located across the street from La Costa Beach and Dukes Restaurant. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, 65" Samsung 4k TV, and a desk. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, dresser, and en-suite bathroom with luxurious shower. There is a gorgeous sitting area to have morning coffee and read a book.
Other things to note
No parties, loud music, or gatherings of more than 6 people are allowed in the house
No music after 10 pm
Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis- please clear with the host before check-in ($90/per day per pet)
Smoking prohibited indoors (outdoors ok) - $250 fine
$35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel
$200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning
Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Non-compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.
Upon check-in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
